I am a Certified Coach and Vice President of the Cambridge Coaching Society, reflecting my continued engagement with coaching, leadership, and human development.

My academic background spans economics,
international relations, and philosophy with advanced training in coaching, coaching psychology and philosophy at Oxford and Cambridge.

I am the Founder of Lebedeva Education, a Swiss-based advisory practice.

I have spent over fourteen years advising internationally mobile families on school and university strategy.

I also serve as a Global Education Advisor with Henley & Partners Education, working with UHNW and HNW families on education, mobility, and long-term planning.
